It's stress or bruxism.

I play brass instruments for the face gains. It makes your cheeks more sunken and also helps with eating pussy

I’m a supervisor in a factory and constantly have head tension. I’ve been doing mirror yells 3 sets of 45 seconds each to spike test before bed and it helps alittle.

massage your temples. also hold your hands together behind your back, keep your mouth closed and look up while pushing down with your hands behind you. then look left and right while still looking up.

you might have tight frontneck muscles

this.
i have TMJ in my left jaw joint and it's a huge ball of developed muscle compared to right. it gives me a fuckton of issues, like headaches caused by temporal and occipital muscle strain or shooting pain down my neck to my left arm. every few months it'll flare up so bad it causes inner ear inflammation and i start getting motion sick randomly for 5-6 days. your head muscles don't need training, they need relaxation
