the issue with morbidly obese liftoids is they will jog a couple miles once and assume they are in remotely similar shape, the truth about running is it is a long term thing, extrapolate that into miles ran per week per month and so on, this is how you gain joint and tendon strength not running a full sprint to keep up with one random retards warm up jog he does 5x a week. They also always think its a competition and instead of joggin zone 2 having a good time talking and laughing and basking in the sunlight he is hunched over sprinting like an amalgamation his joints unable to keep up his enormous muscles other than 1 time every 15 minute on his squats he does once a week.

If your whole identity is logging miles at a steady jog, you are optimizing for comfort and compliance, not output.
High T behavior shows up as intensity, competition, and measurable progression, heavy barbell work, sprints, pushing load and numbers up.
Endless zone 2 miles reward staying small, staying light, and avoiding confrontation with heavier loads.
Lift and sprint if you want to look and perform like it, jogging culture is built around not challenging that.

You only ever need to be able to full sprint 2 miles at a moment's notice, any emergency you can run from does not go past that distance, anything more was obsoleted by the automobile a century ago.
Pushing, pulling, or lifting heavy things off the ground or above your head happens way more often in real life scenarios AND you get to have a nice physique, unlike the flabby stringbags that runners turn into
