Oh great a new version of the sword autist
>>77219414i have the same experience with kb swings even very light, both are momentum heavy, therefore you need to decelerate hard to control it, forcing a hard eccentric, which gives you doms
>>77220134OK, so basically you don't work your hamstrings. that would explain it, this mystery is solved.
>>77220725I just wanna know wtf are you doing with a mace to hit your harmstrings. I don't get it
>>77220755just basic 360s with a 15lb mace
>>77220715came here to say this. typically wtf effect inherent in swinging movements. i started swinging maces & funnily enough my pull-ups got waaay easier
>>77220114you should probably swing it a bit further behind you then
Swinging a weapon involves using your entire body musculature like a chain. In order for your body to efficiently swing the mace you probably put one foot forward and brace with your legs while you do it.
>>77219414Doesn't work shit
>>77221421Tell that to the anon who build a respectable physique by just swinging a barbell around in his yard
>>77221421literal retard
>>77219414>want to buy macebell>cheapest one around is like 40 bucks>check out hardware store on unrelated sidequest>see sledgehammer with same weight>10 bucks>swings nicely>take it home>shove it up my ass>squat>sore hamstringsand that's why I will never buy a cuckbell because the chadhammer does the job just fine
