I have to use the pink 4kg dumbbells for my lateral raises, and I start failing at 19 for my first set.

15-20 is okayish, but you are kind of training at endurance numbersrather than hypertrophy ones at that point. I recommend 10-15 on your isolation superset. 15-20 could work as a temporary double progression fallback if you plateau and don't have the equipment to switch to another exercise hitting the same muscle, but I don't think its a good range for general use, unless you have a specific reason to train endurance.

Doing pump reps on lateral raises will make you hate that exercise. I prefer doing 8-12 range, add weight when you can do x sets of 12 reps with full rom no momentum
