Is there any way to fix it?

>>77220159I have winged scapula from swimming as a kid and it led to injury every couple of months. It's gotten noticeably better since I got serious about back training. I advise you incorporate heavy close grip barbell rows, neutral grip dumbbell rows and pull-up variations. I haven't been injured in more than a year.
>>77221388this is all there is to it. mine fixed itself by progressively overloading rows, pull ups and the reverse pec dec machine.
I had terrible winging from years of throwing in baseball and football. The key is strengthening the entire shoulder complex with bands and progressive overload on upper body compounds.
>>77220159rear delt and scapular work is the answer here.
One minute each side every day.
>>77220159strengthen your serratus anterior goober. If that doesn't work you have nerve damage
