I finally finished Starting Strength, been on it for around 5 years. Was wondering what routine I should move on to next. I thought the routine was fine, just a bit slow.

>>77220355>finished Starting Strength>wondering what routine I should move on to nextStatistically, I'm going to say the orthopedic surgeon's office, and possibly even a neurologist's office or a prosthetics clinic.
>>77220625Are your tits that popular ?
gooby yuo are only supposed to be on ss for 3 months or so
>>77220355>Starting Strength>5 yearsAHAHAHAHAHAHAHApost dem body and lifts
>>77220355>ss for 5 years
I decided to go at my own pace really and add 2.5lbs per month on each lift. I even got my own microplates. Slow, steady progress is better than burning out. And guess waht? I'm still showing up at the gym while countless others have left in this 5 year time frame.

Read Arnold's Bodybuilding Encyclopedia, which despite the name is not a dictionary but a beginner's book about bodybuilding that covers all the basics and includes programs.

>>77221162Congrats big dog. If you're a general lifter, 5/3/1 or Juggernaut may be a good fit for you. I made great progress on 5/3/1 personally.
>>77220355>what routine I should use? You've been lifting for 5 years and you still need an instruction manual? You cant figure out your own "routine"?
As you get older just do less reps and higher weight, ezpz
