>>77220372Whey protein spawns in like that, it's not made through a process, it just pops into existence ready.
>>77220372Alright /fit/ what’s the best flavor of poptart and why is it cinnamon
>>77220372sucralose and fake sugar literally ruins my gut like ill protrude shit and my tummy hurts after seriously think its worse than even high fructose corn syrup
>>77220372I just eat beans so I can fart on command around dildos like you. >*pooooooOoOot*
>>77220372I'm a self improoover and i eat burgers and pizza and ice cream and candy bars.I've lost 20kg so far doing it and am healthier than ever.
>>77220372The rule of thumb is that processed food is bad because the vast majority of processed food on the market that is consumed by vast majority of people is processed with purpose of optimizing for taste, at the cost of nutrition and health. It is, therefore, a good blanket statement to say processed foods are bad, as far as blanket statements go.All rules of thumb however collapse when applied to exceptions, which in this case are the processed foods optimized for their nutritional content.I now feel second hand embarassment from having to explain this simple concept to a supposedly adult person.
>>77220496>that piclel I haven't seen that video for years.
>>77220501That just means your baseline for health was atrocious
>>77220372>whisky beer and ribs
>>77220372The entire point of self improvement is that it's a continuous journey. When I first started I was unironically eating frozen sausage rolls for lunch because "they have 17g protein".Nowadays I'm meal prepping breakfast and lunch and don't even have any artificial sweeteners. If someone's drinking those protein drinks, they're probably just at an earlier stage along the same path.At the moment I would say there's absolutely nothing wrong with unflavoured whey powder, but ask me again in a couple of years and I might say something else.
