I'm not patient enough to do a lean and slow bulk, so I want to ask: What would happen if I just ate a shit ton of food to get to the weight I want as fast as possible and then just started maintaining that weight while following my gym routine? Would whatever fat I gained in that time eventually get burned off and give way to more muscle?

Your plan will probably just lead to insulin resistance. Better to focus on foods/supplements that specifically increase muscle mass and not rush it.

That's not how it works
You go into a slight caloric surplus to promote muscle growth everyday that you are in that bulk. The whole point is to give your body the best enviroment for muscle growth, the cost being some of that surplus will turn into gat in the process.

If you just max chunk it'll pretty much all go to fat and then when you stop you're not even feeding your muscles like a bulk would
