How do I gain a big juicy booty? Is it enough to do Bulgarian split squats and RDLs twice a week? What about 3 times a week? I was thinking of doing ass isolated exercises like hip thrusts, but it's kinda embarrassing as a male to do those cause people might think I'm gay or something. I see a lot of guys doing RDLs but never hip thrusts or those kickback things I see foids doing.
