Way off target after a fucking miserable wet cold winter making me permanantly hungry but going well.
Mostly subsisting on canned tuna and mackerel, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, and munching ricecakes to stop myself feeling hungry.
Binged a bit today on a bag of sweets and had some sourdough bread with a can of beans, first bread I've had in weeks.

I've already passed my invisibility threshold so I've gone from being literally invisible to getting mired quite frequently.
Picrel is my target, I get there every summmer, just need to be able to maintain it, winter always fucks me up.

Yo-yoing is completely natural for actual humans who reside in temperate, 4 season climates. We're not force feeding ourselves to put on muscle. Intuitive eating leads you to put on a little bit of fat in the winter. In my case it was probably 3-5lbs of fat and about 15lbs of water/edema/undigested food from gorging myself. It's not that bad.

Reta made my cut effortless and I'm 2 weeks until I hit peak leanness for aesthetics. And still managed to train 6x a week and with the help of melatonin at night I maintained good energy levels and didn't experience that miserable diet fatigue and increasing difficulty below like 15% bodyfat that I had used to running into when I was cutting naturally before. The only downside is that when I stop the Reta, the hunger will resume (already experienced this after stopping for 2 months), so gonna learn how to taper off correctly. Overall it's my second cut on reta, I was lazy and impatient during my first cut and lost a lot of strength, didn't eat or train properly and half assed it. Now that I'm doing it right it finally got to the point where I could already consider mine a mogger physique. I just wish some minor parts like the inner chest had slightly different insertions, the ceiling would have been a little higher, but overall It feels good to have years of progress finally compound to turn into what you started lifting for

Good, BMI dipped below 83.9. I'm losing 1.5% body mass per week (1300 kcal deficit I think), but I'm unsure if this is too aggressive. My original goal was to hit 80kg, which I did today, but I might just keep going to the low 70s.

Most sources online say to aim for a 500 kcal deficit, but I think that's because they expect people to fall off the cut if they go any harder.

In finding it pretty easy, I think if I allowed myself to eat more, I would eat more snacks and crap and then develop cravings for them. I don't feel all that hungry, although sometimes I feel pretty tired.

It's going somehow, I don't expect any grand results though. This is my starting point at around 99kg / 190cm, it's been almost 2 weeks since I started cutting at 1400 kcal a day + one cheat evening a week to have something to look forward to. I lost around 3-4kg so far, a lot of it being water I assume, the next weigh in will probably express the actual fat loss more reliably. 4 more weeks to go.
