i made the shoulder injury post 3 weeks ago.

today i made a very light workout of pullups kettlebell swings and very light db presses. almost no pain. the shoulder feels even better than before training.

there is always a light at the end of the tunnel bros.

I'm happy for you. In my case I decided to do a bit of psychological and spiritual healing and my body followed. I stopped taking my meds/poison and started astral projecting in-between sets. Call it placebo if you want but I'm breaking through plateaus every other training session now. Hard not to when your CNS is finally detoxified. Wishing you the best, shoulder injuries are terrible.

My pinched nerve is almost healed. I hate waiting so much. I’ll be there in a few weeks.

I made the other shoulder injury post about a week ago. It started feeling better within a few days so I did another workout instead of listening to all the advice from anons and now my shoulder hurts again.
