You overestimate the masses, they are conditioned for conformity with an aversion to rule breaking no matter how trivial it may be.

I talk with middle-aged women all the time and they're paying an arm and leg for their big pharma gen 1 Ozempic subscriptions, even when I subtly hint that I can hook them up with much better for lower cost in the gray market. Even if many of them will admit they've lost faith in typical normie institutions since cuckvid most people will still find themselves adhering to the very rules and regulations established by these same institutions anyway. This is the reason why I hold shares in LLY despite being a Chinese bathtub chemical enjoyer myself.

The reality is you can simply just do things, you can generally break most laws without much consequence as the state continues to lose capacity for enforcement but most people still won't and they'll follow the rules no matter what.

I'm still confused by fat people existing. What gnawing void and responsibility could be so immensely draining you can't just simply eat less?

It will be very easy to understand when you remember that alcoholics, cigarette smokers, drug addicts, gamblers etc all exist yet not a single human being needs to ever partake in any of those things to survive. Food addiction though? Imagine if an alcoholic had to drink a single shot every day to survive. A heroin addict had to micro dose. A cigarette smoker could only smoke a single bogie. Starting to understand now? Why do you think these meds are finally curing obesity? It reprograms these people's brains to see food and satiety the same way naturally skinny people do. It's like a drug to break addiction. It's the only reliable way to change someone who clearly lacks the willpower to fight off an addiction where they have to face their temptations every single day for the rest of their lives.

I still don't get it. You can get on the wagon in the morning and off it at night just have rules and follow them.

Right over your head guy.
>hey alcoholic it's easy just have rules and follow them!
>hey heroin junkie just have rules and follow them!

>Food addiction though?
"Food addicts" are addicted to processed garbage. They are not getting fat eating whole food. You might as well argue an alcoholic will have a hard time beating the habit because they still have to consume liquids. Get real, eating an apple in not comparable to stuffing your face with triple chocolate deluxe birthday cake.

Absolutely retarded low IQ take.
Alcoholics will drink any and all garbage they can get. What you think every alcoholic out there is chugging the must expensive fancy shit you can buy? No, it's shitty beer cans or straight alcohol. That's the same thing as a food addict binging fast food or pizza. Stop being an idiot.

>Get real, eating an apple in not comparable to stuffing your face with triple chocolate deluxe birthday cake.
Put a crap-ton of nuts and fruit extracts into the triple chocolate deluxe birthday cake, and suddenly it turns into a good bulking food lmao.
>t. does this
>>
>>77223068
>No, it's shitty beer cans or straight alcohol.
And are you going to argue they will get cravings for it because they still have to drink water? No, because it's retarded. Just as retarded as claiming eating an apple will give you fast food/pizza cravings.

Any yet the vast majority of fat people aren't "addicts". The vast majority of drinkers aren't alcoholics. Maybe the 600 lb people are addicts but this doesn't slide into being majority over 40 years from addiction.

Water is not alcohol you stupid fucking faggot. Food is food, no matter if it's an apple or a pizza. And if you honestly think a fat person addicted to eating junk food is going to magically switch off that addiction in favor of healthier (see: boring and tasteless) options then you're ignoring the root of the problem just like you're ignoring the key point to the analogy I made. I also like how you completely focus on alcoholics and not drug addicts, cigarette smokers, gamblers whatever. The key point was that none of these people need to subject themselves to the act that triggers their addiction at all, they can hang it up and walk away with no ill effects. Everyone has to eat sooner or later and it's that constant testing of willpower that makes them fail to stick to a plan for the rest of their lives. Argue with the numbers, the data is on my side.

You think some guy who is 300 lbs got there without being addicted to eating large amounts of shit food? You think a 200 lb woman didn't either? The people walking around naturally at a healthy BMI level who never go to the gym, never thinking about calories, never watching now much saturated fats or added sugar they eat, those are the normal people not addicted to junk food. The fat people are the ones who have something wrong in their brains that makes them crave those bad foods and let the addictive nature of them take control of their diet. That's the very mechanism behind any addiction.

>You think some guy who is 300 lbs got there without being addicted to eating large amounts of shit food?
Doesn't have to be large. An average height 25-30 year old man weighing 300 lbs and being sedentary most of the time would have a tdee around 2700. I wouldn't call that a large amount of food if even half of that high fat "shit food" you could easily exceed that without eating any large meals or more than the usual amount of meals.

We'd have to further define large some sort of set volume or weight of food which is actually usually more consistent with a person's eating habits than calories. With the median being around 3-4 lbs of daily food intake.

I agree that they almost universally eat shit food and lie about it but it's not hard to do with grains, nuts or fatty meats. Just more a matter of being lax over long enough period of time to make that quantitative differnce seem larger than it really is.
