>flat bench>incline bench>close grip benchTell me why I shouldn't do all three in the same session
>>77222420because there's a lot of overlap
because you should do incline and chest flies
>>77222433Chest flies first to fatigue your PECS, then any type of bench, so you have more chance to have your PECT to be muscles that give up first , instead of triceps
>>77222420>Tell me why I shouldn't do all three in the same sessioncause u can do this instead and get pecs for a change :D idk why but it feels like a very manly motion, i go below parallel humerus so elbow gets lifted up and i'm hinging on forearm and undulate there, there's heaps of adduction as well in it apart from medial humerus rotation (internal shoulder rotation) - i gotta hold stool so it doesn't slide nor tip over with other arm, yes i kinda have to fold myself up to get to position (can't be bothered to drag table for the purpose

>>77222912Why the fuck would you do that? Bench is mostly a chest exercises. Just do tricep exercises after.
>>77222912>Chest flies first to fatigue your PECSdelt bitch bot gpt >>77223171>Bench is mostly a chest exercises.lats bot >Just do tricep exercises after.and more lats and not in a good way :D "armwrestle" for pecs press in front of you standing with humerus vertical in a position as if your arm was on a sling (internal rotation of shoulder) for triceps and rear delt front and side delt underhand uppercut up to horizontal humerus
