Is working out in the morning the best way to do it?>be me>work out shortly after waking up>go through the rest of my day feeling like shit slides off me and i dont get as stressed>usual things that cause me anxiety don't because my heart was pumping during my workout earlier>get it out of my way and have the whole rest of my day not needing to worry about itThe hardest part is doing it consistently but it's really beneficial as it turns out.
>>77222458the problem with working out early in the day is that no one is watching. primetime is the union of 5pm-2am eastern and 5pm-2am pacific, so the real range is 2pm-2am pacific if you take timezones into account- that's the best time to exercise. anything before or after is a bit of a waste because there's no one mirin' glow in the dark CIA newfrens will insist that you work out from 9-5pm (their normal working hours) so they can keep an eye on you. they have meetings to discuss this sort of thing, paid for by your taxdollars.
>>77222458Yes, but it is not recommended to twist your spine for ~30 minutes after waking since your spinal fluid pools while you sleep.Second best is taking your gym bag with you in the morning and hitting the gym right after work, before any other stops.
>>77222496>Doing shit between 11pm and 5am is based because it robs sleep from a glowniggerBased
>>77222567>it is not recommended to twist your spine for ~30 minutes after waking since your spinal fluid pools while you sleep.Bruh that sounds like bullshit
>>77222458yep. everything ele gets faded out if you lift early its the most cortisol inhibiting thing you can do
>>77222613Yeah agreed, I'm going to morning exercisemaxx going forward.
>>77222496interesting but glowies work at any hour and arent necessarily .gov employees
>>77222458the best way to exercise desu
no hot bitches in the gym in the morning tho
>>77222458It's extremely difficult for me to get up on time.Especially when it is raining
>>77222595It's partial bullshit but there's some truth to it. Didn't learn it myself up until a few weeks. Your spine is still full of fluid and stiff when you wake up, and your CNS is also half asleep. If you get up and work out within an hour or two of waking without a good warm up to flush your joints, your spine is at its most vulnerable. Not to mention id strength is your goal you'll be weaker too.Idc personally, but I always make sure to spend 10 minutes of cardio and a dynamic warmup.
>>77224273If I were a NEET again I'd follow this. But having a job and other responsibilities? If I don't do it when I wake up I'm not exercising at all that day.
