Im convinced gluten and lactose intolerance dont exist, i live in one of the brownest countries on earth yet everyone here is fine with dairyI consume raw dairy and raw milk as well as uht and aged dairy very often and in fact my gut health is always at it's best when i megadose sour 4 days old raw milk
>>77222960They definitely exist but for many the symptoms are mild or/and only triggered stuffin yourself with yogurt or milk
>>77222960most lactose intolerant people only get significant symptoms after their 20salso raw dairy products have more active lactase than pasteurized ones so it's easier on digestion for the lactose intolerant
>>77222960>aged dairy very often and in fact my gut health is always at it's best when i megadose sour 4 days old raw milkMemory unlocked of having a maroccan host give us sour milk when I was a Boy Scout visiting the country. Is that shit good for you? I really couldn’t drink it kek
>>77222939>According to this biased website, the mechanism of action that would work in favor of their bias is totally real, even though everyone else who's knowledgeable on the topic says it isn't. So I'll definitely trust this source instead of actual reputable sources
>>77223092You're missing out, unless he gave you actually two weeks old sour milkCountryside/homemad one tastes slightly sour and can have clumps of butter in it, storebought tastes like creamier buttery keffir
>>77222960I live in a country with one of the highest milk consumptions per capita in the whole world. Here people get crazy placebo from lactose containing products if they know it has it inside. If you make the food with lactose containing milk and dont declare it out loud no one has ever complained about GI issues but if you tell them there is even a teaspoon of milk, they always complain like bunch of little babies. Simultaneously a couple African guys that I know who most likely are truly lactose intolerant can drink it completely fine. They also never complain about eating wheat, potatoes etc. I think this is just a western thing where some of us excessively complain about gas in their stomach as if it was abnormal to have your gut function. One thing that speaks for this too, is that non of the boomers I have met, never complain about feeling bloated from milk or wheat.
Lactose intolerance is a made up term, just like peanut allergy. Did you ever hear people having these before 1990? No, stop being a faggot
>>77222939literally just buy lactose free products, they're right there on the shelf next to the regular ones? or what kind of third world shithole do you live in (surely it can't be america right? kek)
