As a 194cm tall guy I’d say those arms are easily available if you’re benching 3x10 at 80kg no arch. But as someone already said you’ll need more direct work. BB curls and BB rows will be enough. Don’t over complicate it, just hit a heavy weight and as often as you can to recover per week. 3 times minimum.
