Did you get any blood tests done recently? Do you measure your BP often?

It seems my cholesterol levels are slightly over the recommended levels, but other than that Im as healthy as it gets, blood pressure is perfect, bmi in adequate range, about 15% bf.

But still, my heart bpm is kinda high.
Should I grind cardio or given that everything else is good (especially BP) I shouldnt really worry?

Also had high cholesterol and fucked tryclisorides.

Eat oats every morning anon no milk with protein powder and berries add in some chia seeds. Oats and chia are great for cholesterol take a daily fish oil supplement. Avoid garbage food. I mostly eat rice, potatoes sometimes, and spaghetti and oats those are my only carbs.

I eat only lean beef, chicken and fish nothing else apart from meal replacement shakes.

Now my levels are way better apparently. Need to get a re check in a few months. I use extra virgin olive oil only as fats too.

My cholesterol is high, LDL 178. It's been always high throughout my life even thought I'm a skinny person (136lbs for the last 20 yrs but since I've stopped swimming a few months ago now I'm at 154 with that skinnyfat belly)
I'm on statins now, I've had shitload of fiber last year thinking it would help on my lab results but I'm guessing I do need statins and exercise.

>Test
Surprisingly great, I thought I was low T especially considering the cut and weight loss but noooo. Chalking it up to fat-heavy diet but want to see what it's at in another month. When I had the check done it was the middle of winter which chops off about 100ng/dl so I may be sitting in the mid 900s when all is said and done.
>E
It was 70 and top of normal ranges was 50, but again I was cutting at the time, lost roughly 6lbs of fat in the 2 weeks before the test. Working on meditating and drinking less coffee and going to see where that goes.
>Cholesterol
I have super low total cholesterol, HDL is still almost double my trigs but I had one test with LDL at 30 and according to ray peat and some observational studies any LDL under 150 is dangerous, I've been trying to get over 150 to 200 with eggs/fat but it never budges.
Ran everything through grok and allegedly because I'm keto/fat adapted my body is just the cholesterol quickly, supported by the fact my T was so high despite the weight cut.

After that, I had good free/bioavailable T but I want to see what I can do to maxx it. I've been at solid maintenance and lifting, even cut cardio and already taking boron. If they don't increase too much I might need to look at supps or a lifestyle change.

Use this calc, high LDL is protective provided trig:HDL ratio is good (2) and ApoB isn't high.
