Gonna try my third bulk, last two times my gut decided all the fat should stay there. This is a nightmare. Ok, maybe i don't do the most clean bulk i can do (i mostly eat a lot more ice cream and drink milk), but i also don't abuse too much shit.
I probably have terrible genetics, my grandfather, father and brother all have (very) different builds but all suffer from the same issue (stomach gets all the fat).

Don't give me the cortisol meme, for a while i thought this could be digestive (we all suffer from it, but i think i finally solved it with a couple of supplements and life changing habits), but im worried, once again, i'll bulk and my stomach decides to absorb all the fat

Don’t let yourself get hungry and eat lots of eggs/meat with rice, pasta, potatoes, or bread. It’s that simple. Eat a bit of fruit/veg a few times a day to assist in digestion. My go-to is clementines because they’re the perfect size after a meal. Don’t eat ice cream often. You won’t get fat. Maybe a bit of fat, but you just eat a bit less carbs or cut out a meal for a week and you should be okay. Keeps you gaining muscle for a sustained period of time
