Pretty sure they’re similar to watermelon in that if you consume too much it messes with your stomach and makes you uncomfortably gassy. Not the kind. Very high chance of liquid shits too

I try eating oatmeal with milk, quark, eggs, chicken but non of that really makes me feel full all day as people keep claiming.
Big bowl of oatmeal at 12:00 and I'm hungry by 14:00
