I have gyno. I wanted to get it removed but couldn't because of money and recovery time. Since then I embraced it, just gave up on caring about how it looks, not interested in what others say of think about me. Currently Im happy with how I look. Could it be better? Yes, but whatever, it's not a big deal to me anymore

Filling out your chest so the fat stretches more over the pecs can help as well. If you are willing to go under the knife before actually attempting to lose weight you are legit retarded.
