Hello fit, I have no fucking clue what I am doing, but it cant keep going this way.

Despite being fairly fit all of my life, I have had perpetual sleep problems and headaches and nothing I do makes either go away.

In order to be functional I often need an excess of 9 hours of sleep a day, anything less and I am a zombie regardless of how many stims I take. I have tried to overhaul everything relating to my sleep routine including using a different pillow, using melatonin, blue light lenses, temperature regulation and on and on. Nothing has worked besides using MK-677 to knock me out, which has its own laundry list of problems. I have been having sleeping issues like this since I was in my early teens, and they have only gotten worse throughout my life. The worst they have ever been has been the last few months.

Headaches. I am aware that MK-677 can cause headaches, however, I have been suffering from chronic headaches since I was in my mid to late teens, well before I had access to MK. Nothing I do makes them go away, and I cant find a specific trigger for what brings them on. Burning oil, certain kinds of metals, high heat and intense physical activity (not dehydration), exposure to certain other chemicals, and ironically almost any kind of sexual activity all cause headaches. What is even worse is that these headaches often last all day, and the overwhelming majority of the time OTC headache medication does fuck all.

The recent worsening of both of these factors has resulted in a dramatic decrease in performance at both the gym and at my job, and has gotten to the point where it is not unreasonable that I could lose my job over this shit.

Fked up posture can cause all of this, even ovetraining, consider chilling out a bit and do some stretching, its normal to sleep like a bear when you train a fuckton

I do most of this except for recently. My work has picked up big time so I am often out of the house for up to 14 hours a day doing manual labor. My workouts in the last year have been extremely infrequent and I often only work out at home.

I have to keep my posture perfect otherwise I am in an even worse hell. I have severe joint damage all over my body thanks to sports so if I let my posture go I am in serious pain. I am not over training as I have been barely having enough time to train because I get back from work and effectively collapse. I am so low energy on the weekends that working out feels impossible.

I have had all of these problems individually since my teens, however they have recently started to become worse. I am thinking that it has to be work related.
