TLDR years ago I found a thread that gave a vitamin stack and dosing guidelines to remove warts, it worked for me and I'm trying to find the info again.

I've scoured the internet and stand before you /fit begging that someone else can corroborate this and possibly has more information on it.

When i was younger i used to view threads all across 4chan. I can't recall if it was here or just a random thread on /b but I came a cross a thread with a vitamin stack claiming it will make your warts go away.

I had plantar warts at the time that were persistent and annoying so i decided to give the stack a try and after a month or so it actually worked.

My plantar warts fell off and never came back.

From what i remember it was a higher dose of vitamin A between 10-100k IU per day (i think) and also a solid amount of Zinc.

If ANYONE can remember or find the initial stack and dosing i will personally impregnate a harem of women just to provide you an endless supply of breast milk.

Just eat food you fucking queer. It's absolutely dystopic how some people will treat themselves like handicapped hospitalized geriatrics instead of treating them to a nice stew of lamb lungs

Valid, but think how this info could be good for someone

Think how they could also just have a proper diet

what if they are already full carnivore?
>>
>>77224675
Most carnivores do the mistake of gourging on red muscle meat instead of getting in as much offal as possible and bone marrow and replace butter with yogurt and cheese + consider some fruits in
If they're doing that, they wouldnt even consider jewish placebo "supplements"

Brother you could not be more correct for like 90% of people.
Everything else is sorted including a fridge full of yogurts, cheeses and organ meets, tallow is strained and used for cooking.
I hope you can recognize that there is the possibility of a point where surplus vitamins can help aid the immune system

i have foot warts that the dermatologist cant remove

I remember the stack being relatively high in vitamin A, to the point where it would be unsustainable long term and zinc was a component. I've searched the archives for it and i haven't had any luck.
If you look into this, all you will find is that vitamin A in high doses can be toxic
I feels like all info on this has been scrubbed but i may just be that it was very niche and forgotten

The logic behind this working is that HPV is, as the name states, a virus. The body has the capability of fighting it off but many factors play a part. The acute high dose Vitamin A is supposed to facilitate the immune system in fighting the virus.
When i did this, my warts literally fell off leading me to believe the initial reasoning as to why it worked.

Bromelain is a keratinolytic with antiviral properties against HPV so mechanistically it probably helps. But last I looked at the standard of care, it was cryotherapy or duct tape.

Forget the synthetic vitamin A. Get real vitamin A from eggs (preferably pasture raised) and liver (preferably grass fed beef liver). It's a little pricey but worth it for health.

If it worked, you wouldn't be looking for the stack again.

Bump for interest. Palms, not genitals.
