>start working out 4 months ago>bulking, progressive overload lifting, 2g/kg protein etc>strength increase, some people tell me I look better, feels good man>take pics to actually compare my body under exact same lighting/pose>literally hard to tell any difference If I compare pics from 2 month ago I look nearly the same although I’m like 2.5 kg heavier, where the fuck is that weight going?
>>77224982>2 months >fat Fat faggot comeback after 1 year of trainning
>bulking >"Omg I'm still fat"Jfc
>>77224984>>77225009Anons, I started skinny so I’m bulking, gaining around 1 to 1.5 kg a month
>>77224982>lift better>feel better>people treat you bettersounds like you're doing the right thing to me
>>77225023if youre gaining 1kg per month at a beginner, youre not bulking. also dont ask for advice before at least 6 months. learn the fucking thing before you ask about the whys
ur not gonna believe this but i drew that photo in 2015. lmao amazing its still posted around
>>77225108i believe u
>>77224982Pictures always look worse than irl. It takes professional level lighting, camera gear, and photo processing to get close to capturing the depth your eyes see. Don't get discouraged, especially for only 4 months of progress. If you keep going and take a picture in a couple years there will be a visible difference.
>>77224982Could be that your bones got more robust or you got fatter.Take your time - if you're not very talented than you'll have to spend some time under load until you get bigger, especially if young.Try to eat raw animal fat to improve hormone production.
>>77225108I believe you. I’ve been getting into w40k at the ripe age of 33. Nice pic.>>77225103What do you mean 1kg a month is not bulking, every source seems to point at beginners gaining 1kg a muscle a month, eating more leading to more fat. Then there is water weight and creatine weight which are extra but only the first month.
