has anyone ever dealt with an abdominal tear here? i (belive) i've had one for 6 years now, any compounds with my abs i'll have a dull pain in the same spot for the rest of the day and its fucked with my brain more than i can say. i went to probably 20 different docs but now im gonna try physical therapy for the first time which in hindsight shouldve done first but i thought it was digestive before because im dumb. is there surgery hope or is it over
