Would blacks have less heart illness if the heart beat was more relatable and had more rhythm?
Heart illnesses are linked to high levels of testosterone in men. We all know that black men dance best, build muscles fastest, approach women with easy, have massive muscles and penises, have insane energy throughout the day and are very smart - all signs of high testosterone.

When we brought them over on slave ships, we gave them hardly any water or food. So, the ones that survived the trip were the ones whose bodies were predisposed to hold on to electrolytes and water. Thus, when they repopulated in the Americas, the genes that were predisposed to high blood pressure were the genes that repopulated.
