Just do HIT it's not that hard. 1 30-45 minute session every 4 or 5 days most of the results and benefits. You'd get more results doing more but if you do either on a long enough timeline you'll hit your natty limit anyways. You don't have to make lifting a lifestyle but you should do it to some degree because the benefits to broader picture of your health are immense.
