what do you eat on cut? im going insane.
>>
>>77225698
Probably not that big pool of mayo
>>
just eat 2% greek yogurt
>>
I eat lunch, two walnuts, cereal and whey.
>>
>>77225698
i eat a superfood known as less
>>
>>77225706
less kc in that than the rice itself
>>
my diet for over a year has been skipping breakfast, turkey or tuna sandwich with mustard and 2 protein yogurts for lunch.
For dinner, turkey or grilled chicken breast with a baked potato and a big bowl of steamed broccoli and some kind of sugar free sauce to make it not shit. Or tacos with lean beef and low carb tortillas, and cottage cheese on them instead of sour cream.
For Christmas I got a ninja creami so I'll do that with protein powder, sugar free pudding mix and almond milk for a dessert
>>
Lean meat and veggies with Greek yogurt. I mix powdered seasonings into the Greek yogurt to make dressings.
>>
>>77225698
what i normally eat but less
i snack on cucumbers and drink sparkling water when hungry, a whole cucumber has like 50 calories and it takes the edge off the hunger well
>>
>>77225698
Gosh dang anon, add some seasoning to that. Idk why it’s become the trend to eat unflavored chicken and rice when things like pepper, salt, garlic, or hot sauce adds 0 calories. Plus it’s not the end of the world if you add seasoning/sauce that adds a few calories, at the very least it makes it more tolerable to eat which means your more likely to continue the cut.
>>
>>77225757
probably comparable, and for way way fewer useful nutrients because it's all fucking fat
>>
>>77225816
fat is good especially on a cut, that whole plate is less than 800 kc, 60/20/20. don't ever reply to me again.
>>
>>77225824
>fat is good especially on a cut
post body, lardass
>>
>>77225816
You can make a homemade mayo that's just hard-boiled eggs and vinegar I think. No need for oil anymore.
>>
>>77225828

fat is good for the brain, something you clearly need in your diet.

I mostly cut on carbs, pasta/potatoes/grains are entirely replaced by konjac, stupidly fat stuff is also out or pretty limited, so basically:
>chicken breast
>salmon in moderation
>nuts/seeds in moderation
>konjac
>skyr, cottage cheese
>whey
>gouda (very limited)
>low cal fruits
>non-starchy vegs
>beef or pork whenever I just want to indulge myself and don't chase protein that hard
>lean cold cuts
>limited butter/olive oil for cooking
>cod
>protein ice cream sometimes
>chicken feet soup sometimes
the most difficult thing is keeping protein high, this is what makes it all feel like such a fucking chore, otherwise it'd be a breeze

Yes, that is correct. Anything else you'd like to be retarded and wrong about?
>>
>>77225698
is that chicken boiled?
what the fuck
throw it in the pan or or the oven to get some browning going on
as for rice i like to add eggs to it in a pan some peas, "ground" carrots or whatever you would call it and some spring onions
that shit in the OP is just fucking sad and id have to starve for two days before considering eating that
>>
>>77225915
Unironically I've done this before, both in oil and water. Makes a good spread, good gravy, even good pie filling when mixxed with fruit and baked.
>>
>>77225919
I am looking at the same sheet and reaching the opposing conclusion.
It wins by virtue of Vitamin K alone.

I do three meals a day, 4 eggs in the morning + a banana + cooffee

Oatmeal and whey for lunch

Chicken breast, maybe some pasta and always a shit ton of greens in the evening.

Every 5 days i crash out and do a 2500kcal+ day but since the 5 other days are around 1800kcal it's fine.

I don't think there's a good, fun way to do a cut to me it's just about enduring it until you crash out and then being able to limit that crash out.

This. Bacon and eggs are top tier foods for getting lean.

Calorietards will never make it.

Whats with the meme of people eating disgusting bland garbage to lose weight? Just eat the same way you always have been but with smaller portion sizes. Increase your dietary fiber intake to make that easier if you can't even manage that, and take more supplemental protein if that hurts your protein macro goal. Its really not complicated. The only reason for a complete diet redo is if you've been eating garbage fattening goyslop, but that should be avoided regardless.
>>
>>77225698
Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, meats (not fatty parts),... that's it. If you're too low on calories then rice with chicken bullion, pepper, onions, garlic, and butter mixed with tumeric. Idk what retards are cutting without using any spices -- of course your food tastes like bland ass? Spices don't add any calories.
>>
>>77226992
meme comes from the term memetic. It's a meme that's endlessly posted here because autistic people like to be contrarian. And what's contrarian about it is that nobody actually does this. Nobody is actually eating unseasoned greens with no salt and boiled chicken breast. Literally nobody. Actually, people might do other weird and silly things like take fat burners or eat one meal a day or very low calorie protein bars or whatever. But nobody is actually doing this. It's bait for engagement by unhappy people with nothing else to do in their lives but wait for replies.
>>
>>77226984
>Bacon
Equal amount of fat and protein
>Egg
More protein than fat
Both negligible carbs.
I already knew you were fucking stupid by the fact that you paid for a pass.
Now post body.
>>
>>77225698
is that plan chicken, rice, and mayonnaise? who told you that was a balanced meal, much less one appropriate for burning fat?
>>
>>77225698
Chicken breast (dunked in Bitchin' Sauce if I'm desperate for flavor), Greek yogurt, keto ice cream, Adderall.
>>
>>77225698
Should be sour cream, not mayo
Also slice some cucumber, with salt and pepper.
>>
>>77227214
>mayo
in the picture title it says thst it's greek yoghurt
>>
the mere sight of chicken breast makes me gag so on da cut I go pretty much pescatarian
as much tuna as I can get away with, sardines, shit ton of eggs and low-fat dairy, some onions here and there, chickpeas, lentils
ungodly amounts of sriracha and tabasco on everything
nic pouches and sugarfree soda keep the hunger in check beautifully
>>
>>77225698
Meth.
>>
>>77225698
2 meals a day
breakfast and lunch
skip dinner
cardio 4-5 days a week

just ground beef and taters with different spices
>>
>>77225913
this basically fulfills all your nutritional needs in about 1,200 kcal, btw
>>
Season your chicken retard so you can enjoy it. That shit looks worse that prison food.
