my diet for over a year has been skipping breakfast, turkey or tuna sandwich with mustard and 2 protein yogurts for lunch. For dinner, turkey or grilled chicken breast with a baked potato and a big bowl of steamed broccoli and some kind of sugar free sauce to make it not shit. Or tacos with lean beef and low carb tortillas, and cottage cheese on them instead of sour cream. For Christmas I got a ninja creami so I'll do that with protein powder, sugar free pudding mix and almond milk for a dessert
Lean meat and veggies with Greek yogurt. I mix powdered seasonings into the Greek yogurt to make dressings.
