Not sure if right section, but be forgiving if you may. I’m 36, white male. I’ve never been a sport guy, but I sporadically run (let’s say 6 to 10 times per month) just to self convince I’m not too sedentary. My problem is that my joints are in a bad shape, or so I think. I cannot sit cross legged on the ground for more than 3 minutes, or I’ll be in pain when I get up (mainly my hips and the femor “slot”). My sacral bone hurt if I sit too long. When I lie in bed on my side, my knees hurt being one on top of the other. My lower back hurt when I stand up for more than 20Minutes. Is it normal or should I worry and test for arthritis? Thanks
>>77225774So you don't do much for your body besides a high impact cardio session and you're experiencing joint and flexibility issues? Tough one to figure out
>>77225779Op here. Thanks, I just needed someone to tell me. Damn.
>>77225782Start a regular stretch routine, get a stretch strap and look up some youtube videos. Get in a habit of once a day for only like 15 minutes or so of stretching. Once you remember the videos you don't have to watch them anymore and you can just stretch while watching tv or whatever.
>>77225774if your not taking multivitamins and omega 3 start doing that and weight training
>>77225798I used to do yoga once per week. Total game changer, but dropped it (as basically everything every time). I’ll try
>>77225804Op there, sorry didn’t mention.
