With that way you're increasing calories without going out of your way or spending much more time and money on food, plus you'll end up with a reasonable surplus that means you're not packing on a ton of excess fat. Most people bulk like complete retards, they'll gain like 30lbs in a winter and less than a third of that is actual muscle, yet they'll delude themselves into thinking it's all muscle when theyve put 5 inches on their waistline
