Post bulking tips that helped you out. I'll start

>Drink milk from the carton every meal
>>

When I moved from my apartment and into my house I had an easier time gaining weight because I got into grilling red meat often. Before that I really only had ground beef
>>

> uh how do I Eat a few hundred more calories

Retard signal

Hey guys I read about this cool fitness technique called 'eating more food'. It seems super cool and apparently its effective. I just dont know what 'eating more food' actually means. Ive done a lot of research and asked around but it doesnt make sense. Perhaps someone here could explain 'eating more food' in plain English and not this new age fitness talk. Again, thanks for the help - hopefully as a collective intelligence we can work together and piece out how exactly 'eating more food' works

Why are you a dyel then?
>>

Stop drinking coffee. I'm not even joking. It helped me a bunch
>>
>>77226649
Coffees bad for you?
>>
>>77226681
I didn't say that
>>
>>77226649
I drink coffee with milk and sugar bi-daily, the taste is so good but it really feels like I'm fucking up. How much does it impact?
>>
>>77226811
No idea for you, but for me it made me not hungry in the morning and made me tired after work. Definitely affected my caloric intake and routine

It fucks up your digestive system by weakening the mucus layer that protects your stomach from its own acid. This is why your get a burning sensation when you drink coffee on an empty stomach.
It also kills your gut microbiome (coffee is anti-bacterial) which severely harms your ability to digest/absorb nutrition.
It also makes you go shit prematurely, before everything has been properly assimilated in the intestines.

It has hundreds of other side effects, but people will believe all these bullshit association studies that claim it to be "healthy" because they're addicts and confirmation bias is a bitch.

They point went over your head because your in IQ dyel too

Coffees about as acidic as tomato juice

>get a watch any really
>track all your workouts that aren't just walking
>eat anywhere from +1 to +500 over what it says
Measure your waist if you are cutting it should go down and if you are bulking it should stay the same or very slightly increase also you need to track everything this is why having a workout routine is important so you have a similar amount off calories burnt, but with the watch it makes it a non issue or just wing it but keep track of your waist you have a few options

Sardines suck

What is the caloric difference between grilled "red meat" and ground beef? There isn't any.

>>77226681
Coffee isn't bad for you but it is a major appetite suppressant. I really, actually gained 10 pounds in two weeks after quitting caffeine (and nicotine).

>>77226811
I would very highly suggest refraining from any caffeine until after you've had your first meal of the day. Ideally you'd be able to cut it out entirely and just rawdog the first half of your day until you're waking up ready to go.
>bi-daily
Yeah man, you gotta work on getting off of caffeine. Once you give it up you realize how much of a "drug" it really is. Addictive with little to no benefit.

>What is the caloric difference between grilled "red meat" and ground beef? There isn't any.
The difference is that one is a lot better than the other hence humans will more easily eat more when presented with the superior option.
>>
>>77227826
I find it easier to inhale as much ground beef as possible instead of taking my time and cutting up an actual steak. But, I agree with you that the steaks are certainly better. I think it is easier (and WAY fucking cheaper) to bulk on ground beef.

Why do body builders eat steak and eggs and not hamburger?
>>
>>77227904
>Why do body builders eat steak and eggs and not hamburger?
Because they are wealthy and have people that cook that shit for them? Are you being retarded on purpose or do you just love to argue?
>>
>>77226160
Pretty basic but I always just ate the same meals but in larger quantities, an extra 100g rice and an extra chicken breast with each meal etc. - you'll easily add 500 calories to your day doing this

For me that always made bulking easy, didn't feel like I was having to go outta my way to eat and I never had to deal with the chore of forcing down slop shakes
>>
>>77227916
You asked what the caloric difference is, I asked why do you think body builders eat steak.
>an extra 100g rice and an extra chicken breast with each meal etc. - you'll easily add 500 calories to your day doing this
Holy shit it you eat more food you'll get more calories? You're a genius bro
>>
>>77227921
Sounds like a good way to not put on a lot of extra chub during the bulk as well.
>>
>>77226160
Are trader Joe's sardines any good bros?
>>
>>77228166
Sardines are a reddit meme
>>
>>77227522
This is solid. Id say you should track your calories on said watch too using whatever app is on there. Most people just suck at trying to estimate themselves, so better to log them. that's why you end up with skinnyfags massively under eating and blaming their fast metabolism, and fatfags overeating and blaming a slow metabolism. If you track calories it will speak for itself. This is a good way to not overdo it with the surplus too, and get fat as shit during your bulk

>Holy shit it you eat more food you'll get more calories? You're a genius bro
That's unironically the best way though, yet 90% of gym bros completely overlook it and think they need to massively overeat fast food and drink stupid shakes. With that way you're increasing calories without going out of your way or spending much more time and money on food, plus you'll end up with a reasonable surplus that means you're not packing on a ton of excess fat. Most people bulk like complete retards, they'll gain like 30lbs in a winter and less than a third of that is actual muscle, yet they'll delude themselves into thinking it's all muscle when theyve put 5 inches on their waistline

Avocados. They taste good
>>
>>77228578
They go bad after like a day though
>>
So far what I got from this thread is:
+ eat more food
+ lift more weights
? Coffee is possibly bad for you, possibly not
>>
>>77228781
Deadlifts are bad for you too
>>
>>77226160
>150g oats
>80g raisins
>300ml milk
>put in bowl
>leave for 5 minutes
>eat
That's over 1000 calories. Oatmeal is for betas.
>>
>>77229029
Based raisins in oats enjoyer

Yeah you definitely have no chin or jaw line kek
>>

They have caffeine in em
>>

>oatmeal is for betas
I thought you were posting a recipe in favor of oatmeal but then you follow.up saying its beta. Y tho?
>>
>>77227823

if you are a human being, get yourself a real cut of beef. occasional ground beef is understandable and even have some use, but i can't imagine eating this shit on daily basis unless you are a dog. i see new college grad easily making over $100k nowadays. get urself a proper job. eat real cut of beef, get a nice car. live a life
