Sugar is not addictiveGo eat 1 teaspoon of sugar (4 grams) which is 16 caloriesYou wont care for it and will feel zero reason to have a 2nd teaspoonSaying sugar is addictive or fat gaining is an indicator that youre sub 80 IQ normie
>>77227246Fix your bot. Nobody said sugar was addictive
>>77227149Imo sugar does not really cause weight gain. In the sense that u cant get fat even if u drink juice all day. However imo it does lead to fatty liver if overconsume. And having high sugar (even fruits) cause whatever fat u do consume to be stored as body fat immedietely n not used for energy so in that sense, it aids in the storage of body fat.
>>77227246Retarded argumentGo drink a tablespoom of oilU will not want to have anotherSo i guess oil isnt fat gaining eitherSo i guess fat just appears out of thin air
Well, I ate 800g worth of sour gummies for 3 months, stopped for a bit and now I'm back again to eating that many, and I haven't gained any weight because of it.But I also do shit tons of cardio. Like lots of boxing and running.
