Is nicotine really that bad?
>>77227501Nicotine itself not at all, it's just addictive and coming off it is unpleasant. Not worth it, just drink caffeine when you need a boost.Smoking is bad for you. Vaping might be bad for you, we don't understand it very well yet, but inhaling extremely hot vapor all the time will probably damage your cells.
>>77227501It increases test and It protects against thyroid problems and Alzheimer's. One the downside, it can ruin your lungs and health allegedly. Some say it causes cancer, but everything causes cancer nowadays. From personal xp, stopping smoking had no benefits except saving money. Only had drawbacks health-wise, since the thyroid protection of smoking seems to be fucking real.
>>77227512>but inhaling extremely hot vapor all the time will probably damage your cells. It almost certainly will, even just drinking overly hot liquids regularly can lead to mouth and throat cancer, and your lungs are much more sensitive.
>>77227525>nicotine and tobacco are the same thingfucking YAWN
>>77227579>pedanticsyawn fucking
>>77227501>use too much nic>headaches>stop using nic>headachesHours long migranes all all for a 10 minute max lame buzzes. Fuck this stupid drug dude.
>>77227501I quit vaping not necessarily because of any health concerns (though my cardio and erection quality did immediately improve) but for the mental benefit. When I'm vaping my entire existence is reduced to these 20-30 minute blocks of withdrawal and satiety. It makes everything else in life tolerable. Bad/boring situations and lifestyle is tolerable but also good/enjoyable situations are blunted and less meaningful because all my brain cares about is that nicotine fix.At the doses I was using it was a subtle effect but definitely there and I'm definitely more content and productive and enjoy things more without it.Nicotine makes my lows higher and my highs lower so that life takes on a more even but ultimately less fulfilling and less satisfying aspect.Less than a month after quitting I genuinely do not miss it or have any urges for it. Occasionally, after a meal or if I see someone smoking/vaping I get a momentary twinge in my brain like some atrophied part of me is sending out a very weak signal to pick up a vape and use it but it's like a hiccup it doesn't last more than a second. Very good decision to quit.
i like it
>>77227501anything that isn't sober is by defauly gay and retarded, if anyone does this to look "tough" you are gay and retarded as opposed to op is a gay faggot kys btw

>>77227501Sex with anthros. That's all.
>>77227622Mint lowers testosterone and over time nicotine narrows and stiffens your veins, which can lead to clots, strokes, and heart attacks. You should at least chew a different flavor (cinnamon) if you're going to.
>>77227501Yes, dummy. It's highly addictive and that has a massive negative impact on your life and your ability to manage your day to day, which leads to a constant cycle of stress and other complications in your day.
>>77227631meh
>>77227629WE AGREE
>>77227593the trick is >stop using nic (for 2 or more months)>never touch it again>no more headachesYes it does suck, I did it myself. My cravings were AWFUL for the entire first month, but I've heard people say anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks.
>>77227631thank you for mentioning the mint lowering test bit. I knew there had to be (multiple) reasons why they push mint into everything. lowering test is very much in line with what they like doing.
>>77227525>stopping smoking had no benefits except saving moneyyou're either bullshitting or were a casual smokerswitching from cigarettes to nic pouches felt like growing a new pair of lungs lol
>>77227749AFAIK there's no evidence of mint lowering testosterone in anyone except women with PCOS or hirsutism who have abnormally high testosterone for a woman. In other words it doesn't lower test so much as correct it. Many herbs are adaptogens like this.
>>77227501>Feel a 3 second high >In return get 30 negative side effects >Need a larger and larger dose of nicotine to get that 3 second high again It's shit
>>77227622These are like $30 for some reason
>>77227501if I drink a bunch of coffee and red bull and jerk off, is it still technically stimfapping?
