I've gone 1-5 times a week for the past 6 years, suffered various injuries and such. I used to think it was my sleep apnea, so I spent months trying to address that. Diet, likewise, I counted macros for a few months. I've also posted here a lot and I used to watch a lot of AthleneX videos. Simply, no one says that you should brace at least a little 24/7 basically, and particularly when using the machines
