I can't seem to be able to punch above my level with workouts, it comes down to food. I don't enjoy eating a lot of food. Advice?

Many times in my life I have a time when its hard for me to eat. Then I force raw eggs in me and drink milk instead of water. Smoking weed or eating with friends also help

Fast food is your answer. I noticed when it comes to just lifting weights, fast food doesnt affect performance at all. But anything that requires athletic abilities, such as an actual sport involving coordination/timing/skills/etc. it does affect your abilities a lot.
If you dont want to do fast food then just choose something thats really dense in nutrients than what you are currently eating.

None. I love eating. I wish I could eat more. Not eating is the hardest part of staying healthy. Going balls to the wall in a workout is the easy part

Cover your micronutrients eating solid food. Use whey, oat and milk shakes to flesh out your macros. Make sure you’re eating enough carbs.
