I can't seem to be able to punch above my level with workouts, it comes down to food. I don't enjoy eating a lot of food. Advice?

Many times in my life I have a time when its hard for me to eat. Then I force raw eggs in me and drink milk instead of water. Smoking weed or eating with friends also help

But anything that requires athletic abilities, such as an actual sport involving coordination/timing/skills/etc. it does affect your abilities a lot.If you dont want to do fast food then just choose something thats really dense in nutrients than what you are currently eating.
