I'd never imagine i'd become one of those nutrition nazis and seedgobblers but now i'm here, eating Chia/Linseeds, fermenting Basedbeans into Natto and eating lentils as the only source of Carbs.

I am a level 99 vegan thread spotter. This is beyond any doubt a vegan thread.

Black beans, red lentils, split green peas.

Those are my top 3 legumes.

>fermenting sŏybeans into natto

How hard is it to do so? Been considering having a go at it myself for that vitamin K2. And how's the flavor?
>>
>>77229830
It's a bit of prep time but you'll get a routine fast
12 hrs watering - 45 cooking in the pressure cooker, 10 min cooling off + adding natto starter -24hrs fermenting in a Yoghurtmaker, 48 hrs in the fridge. The Texture and taste is something to get used to, bit nutlike with a hint of ammonia, but it's great with basedsauce or springonions. Also top-tier for your gut

>Chia and linseeds
Based, I have these in my breakfast every morning. Make sure your linseeds are freshly ground!

>Lentils as the only source of carbs
I couldn't do this, I need a lot of carbs because I exercise almost every day. I find about 40% carb, 35% fat, 25% protein works well for me.
>>
I don't know how to use lentils in food
>>
If vegans understood bioavailability, they wouldn't be vegan.
>>
>>77229758
>protein too expensive
Pork, chicken, eggs, milk. Easily hit 200g of highest quality peotein for probably like $10 a day. Carbs and fats are dirt cheap so cost is irrelevant
>>
>just eat 200g of protein every day bro
yeah no fuck this cult nonsense
>>
>>77230927
It's unironically correct though.

You need to go even further beyond that for the best cutting. And no vegan diet can deliver 230g of protein while staying under 2000 calories

Homemade Natto rocks, try making tempeh if you haven't. Its absolutely delicious fried with a bit of salt.

>Average DIAAS score of 30
The volumes of plant based protein you'd have to eat, in order to absorb the same amount from meat, is more than what can fit in your stomach.
Either that or ultraprocessed goy slop pea protein
>>
>>77230927
The average man needs ~100g of protein per day for maintaining his hormone levels. And that's if he just sits on his ass all day.
>>
goyteins aren't proteins.
>>
>>77230927
It's a good idea if you're trying to built muscle, especially if you're doing some other shit on the side like heavy cardio or some sort of sport. Protein is not just for muscle. Hormones, joints, tendons, connective tissue, bones, they all adapt to training and thus benefit from a little extra protein.
