it makes you live longer

it absolutely wrecks my lungs. whenever i drink, i tend to smoke and in the morning i have more regret about smoking than drinking
>>
>>77230057
Do you, like, smoke a whole pack with 2-3 beers or something?

well if @HustleBitch_ says it it must be true…
brb gonna go buy me some ciggies
>>
>>77230048
smoking is only good if you're low-T. It will increase test levels and maybe help you not be an incel faggot. If you're already a chad smoking isn't good
>>
>>77230217
i have like 15 beers and maybe 6 cigarettes
>>
Im a smoker, and I disagree (from my experience), smoking is definitely not good
>>
>>77230584
Smoke more often so your sissy throat can adapt
>>
>>77230584
No more than 6 beers a day and 1-2 cigs
>>
I could beat the shit out of any smoker, I am a caffeine addict by the way and do not, 600mg and I'm basically performing a Yakuza heat action on you.

I stopped smoking and vaping months ago but still yearn for it
thinking about taking the nootropic approach cutting 7mg patches in half to use 3.5mg per day

I don't believe it. I just started smoking a couple days ago (got cancer, fuck it) and it definitely doesn't feel good for you. Burns your insides, you can feel it. Hell of a rush though, nice with a pot of coffee. The youth are probably onto something with the nicotine pouches that don't have tar or whatever, just a cool nootropic. If there's any genuine long term benefit, I'd put money on it bring confined to that relatively harmless delivery mechanism instead of literal smoke in your lungs and mouth. I'm smoking a cigar right now on my balcony and it's nice. But you feel it burning you inside.

>@HustleBitch_
Cites some cardiologist in the post who is obviously batshit crazy. Nicotine is a known nootropic that prevents several neurodegenerative diseases, but it also has cardiovascular risks which this tard should know. The rest of the chemicals in tobacco smoke (besides a few MAOIs), whether all-natural or not, are str8 carcinogenic trash.

Low-dose isolated nicotine may have some slight survival advantage from reduced brain problems. Smoking definitely fucking not.

I actually watched the full podcast when it came out (the twitter account linked is just a reposting bot that farms engagement through old clips). He sounds like a genuine fucking idiot. Not in the sense of "I disagree with him therefore he's dumb" but he comes off as a very low iq. The younger guy pushes back with entirely reasonable points and he is just floundering the entire time.
>>77230916
You get used to it eventually and you don't feel that after a while. All that's left is the terrible taste and waking up in the morning feeling like your mouth is an ashtray. So glad I quit this shit.
>>
>>77230048
No, the are disgusting shit. You can literally see the oil and liquid shit spots on the paper while smoking it.

Smoke cigars every now and then and don't inhale. Simple as
>>
I miss baccy so much it’s unreal
Smoke one for me will ya?
t. Almost 5 years smoke free
>>
>>77230048
fitness discussion is truly at an all time low if we're not even going to spring for a pubmed link and are just going to cite fucking twitter
>>
>>77230048
Just slap a nicotine patch on if you believe nicotine as actually good for you. Getting cancer and a heart attack at 40 from smoking can't possibly be offset by some minor health boosts from nicotine.
>>
>>77231219
Higher chances to get a heart attack from the gym than from smoking brainlet
>>
>>77230916
you're not actually inhaling the cigar smoke, are you, Anon? with cigars, you just swish it around your mouth, exhale, and get the nicotine from the residue.
>>
>>77230048
I mean, Japanese people smoke all the time but they still live long and healthy
They have a good diet
>>
>>77231219
Cancer and heart attack have got nothing on emphysema. It wins every time.
>>
>>77230048
Nice try Phillip (((Morris))) (died at 38), still not sucking on the overpriced cancer stick :)
>>
>>77230057
same
>>77230217
for me it's usually 1 pack and 8 beers. i keep smoking because i'm bored, and sipping beer after every puff
>>
>>77230584
>i have like 15 beers and maybe 6 cigarettes
15 beers? That's 7.5 liters.

What.
>>
i love smoking. i quit 10 years ago and miss it every day. the smell, the crackling sound from the first two pulls of a camel blue. a couple of times a year i'll get drunk enough at a party somewhere and buy it to smoke a couple. i fucking love smoking so much bros its unbelievable
>>
>>77231625
me too man, me too.
>>
>>77231625
>>77231645
I feel this way and then I cave once a year and buy a pack and it tastes like complete fucking ass. I'll still smoke a few here and there when I'm drunk or doing coke or something but that's very rare nowadays. Sober they simply suck.
>>
>>77231616
oh its small cans so about 5 liters. i'm trying to stay sober now, 4 days so far
>>
>>77230048
The only thing stopping me from putting my fist through my monitor most days.
>>
>>77231474
Could be? But I think I did it correctly keeping it in the mouth. Still it did feel to be burning my tongue and palette a little bit. Also tried a hookah at a lounge, no burning at all. Colder fumes? To be clear I immensely enjoyed them all. Easy to see how people get into it.
>>
>>77231475
exactly. all you need to do is eat healthy and smoke cigarettes and you will live to be 90+ this is scientific fact
>>
pretty sure these give me sleep apnea, cant do it.

>my paternal gradmother died of lung cancer, smoked for 40+ years (at age of 68)
>my maternal grandmother is in the process of dying from lung cancer, smoked for 50+ years (82 this year)
I'm not touching this shit with a 10ft pole even if someone were to pay me for doing it. There are literally NO BENEFITS
>expensive as fuck
>you literally suffocate yourself
>drive harmful chemicals into most delicate tissue in yoyr body
>pointless nicotine addiction
>breath/clothes smell like a fucking ashtray
>have to worry about filter/ash disposal or litter the ground like a nigger
I repeat, NO BENEFITS
>hurr but you look cool
Nigga you're sucking on small tobacco dicks 20+ times a day. You need some round object in your mouth at all times, faggot? And it's always weak-willed people that fall for it. I've never seen an adult that went in their 20's or 30'
>hmm I need a new expensove addiction that will give me cancer in the long run... I guess I start smoking cigs
It's always faggots that got peer-pressured by other smoking retards in high school and then couldn't kick the habit.
>>
>>77233580
yfw will never know the pure joy of smoking in bed with a woman after having pounded her brains out
