Do you write down weight reps and sets for every exercise you do?
>>
>>77230285
yes. At a certain point it gets so difficult you dont want to do extra because you forgot how many sets you did. Also you dont want to miss any sets cause then now you feel like you didnt have a good workout.
If you are a beginner its fine since you are going to make gains on accident just by working out whatever.
>>
>>77230285
Why wouldn't you do that?
>>
i want to but im too lazy to get a notebook
>>
>>77230285
Nope
All that matters is PRs and whether I hit them or not
>>
>>77230285
I use the buff dudes app, free and simple. No need to carry writing shit around
>>
(name of exercise), (weight used, (#sets)x(#reps), -(# reps shy of completion), (Note to self, increase reps or increase weight or stay there or note that my form got sloppy or whatever).

Closest thing I have is this. Pic related.
While I was in jail for what felt like at least 6-8 months. I just started drawing until I ran out of paper, and would work on it while trying to stick to a routine of push ups, hand stand push ups, running, up and down the stairs until I got in trouble for sliding down the stairs on the suicide bed.

if all reps are at max, increase weight.

I have excel form with all my trainings throughout years. I prep them beforehand and memorize for next workout.

If I don’t then I don’t push myself enough
