What's your cardio plan niggas?I am doing 80 minutes 2x a week now at 3.7mph 3.5 incline now. Also learned holding handles or machine can reduce calorie burn by 25% so stopped that
I do incline treadmill walking with weight 5 hours a week, hike an hour before work once a week with at least 40lbs, and hike for 6+ hours on Saturdays if I have time. I look completely insane naked, my thighs are thick as fuck and my upper body is tiny but idc. I just like hiking.

30 minute incline walk 5x a week for the cut, 10k run at least once a week to keep my cardio up
