I bought trainer winny's full body workout plan and turned it into a log (asked Claude to create a table with EXERCISE | LOAD | SET 1 | SET 2 | SET 3) etc. but the workout program itself is not AI.I joined a gym and I started working out doing this. I am 5 feet 6 inches, 26 year old, 210 lbs, 35% body fat percentage, male.I am taking whey protein and 5 g creatine monohydrate.I am slowly reducing my caloric intake (less calorie dense beverages, more healthy options one meal at a time) but no calorie tracking yet.My understanding is this: I need to "cut" (lose weight) but still lift weights to preserve muscle as I lose the fat. Now, I will do just that, to the best of my ability, for 6 months. Then, after 6 months, I should lean out a bit, and by then I should eat at a slight surplus and continue lifting to gain muscle as I gain "weight", right? What now? Do I understand "how to get fit" correctly?
Oh yes, this is the 3 days a week split.
I felt OBLITERATED by the time I finished the session. It feels demotivating knowing that I won't gain muscle for 6 months even tho I will put in the effort of a bodybuilder. It's so hard bros.
what do you mean its the only plan that worked for you? you do 30 lbs db bench press, so how many plans have you tried? i will give you advice that will actually work for you - your problem is that you think you need some magical thing to do stuff exactly right, no, you just need to work out with heavy intensity, sleep enough and eat well, thats it.. dont eat too much and you will both loose fat and gain muscle
>>77230470as a total noob, you will still gain some muscle on a cut (provided it isn't some ridiculous -1000 kcal cut), the untrained body is extremely adaptive. you just won't gain as much as you would if you were bulking. yes, your plan to cut for ~6 months then bulk sounds reasonable. do not let retards on here convince you to change your programming if it's working for you.there are lots of apps you can use to track your workouts, btw. they have some useful features like graphing your progress and calendars to see your consistency, and they come with the benefit of not carrying around a pen and paper around the gym like an autist>>77230487>your problem is that you think you need some magical thing to do stuff exactly rightshut the fuck up retard, he said>My understanding is this: I need to "cut" (lose weight) but still lift weights to preserve muscle as I lose the fat.>Now, I will do just that, to the best of my ability, for 6 months.he knows what he needs to do
>>77230490you said the same thing as me
>>77230492did god not screw your head on correctly?
>>77230499why are you copying me his message that says "i cant build muscle while loosing fat" when we both told him he can gain muscle while loosing the fat
>>77230513i was telling you to stfu for your demotivational remark of "your problem is that you think you need some magical thing to do stuff exactly right", when in reality the OP has a completely rational, common sense, "do your best" approach. hence why i greentexted that quote and the part of his post in total contradiction to it. you sure are slow, anon.
>>77230521maybe i wrote it wrong, i dont want to sound demotivational... my point is that i can see signs of overthinking and wanted to point out that the absolute basics are the only thing thats matters... do not care about people on internet that tell you "you cant loose weight and build muscle" etc, just do the best, dont switch routines too much and just focus on better nutrition, better sleep and not skipping on workouts and training to failure, thats it
Is that 15 exercises and 45 sets per workout? wtf nigga does it take you 3 hours to finish
lmfao
>>77230463>asked Claude to create a table with EXERCISE | LOAD | SET 1 | SET 2 | SET 3you can't make a table in excel or word?
>>77230463This is a fucking retarded routine holy shit. Way too much. This is almost 2.5 sessions worth of movements. The only reason you could do this is you're using baby weight and zero intensity. Just get one of the hundreds of routines off the internet and do it for 6 months or better yet a year. Idiot.
