I already am on the brink of burning out from training 3-4 times a week for a bit over an hour each time, how do you guys keep up your 5-6 day routines?? Two sets of muscle ups and deadlifts and whatever other minor accessory work on top ruins me for that and the next day

Just get to the gym and you will absolutely workout. There is not a single time in my life that once I arrived at the gym I did not train. Make yourself get there then figure out what to do.

The over thinking before you go is what fucks you up talking yourself out of it

i train once every 2 days. butt workout A then butt workout B. works fine. and doing some bouldering on rest days once a week.

Full body 3 or 4 days especially if u train hard is normal and expected. I do full body might have to switch to a split eventually though but idk maybe not
>>
>>77230702
you just man up...
okay, but actually the real answer depends on what kind of training split you're doing. I bench 6x a week but I only do competition style bench for 3 of them only going "heavy" for one of them then close grip for the other three days with moderate volume. The benefit of high frequency means you get to spread more volume throughout the week with moderate RPE instead of always needing a really intense workout.

Anyone who trains +5 days a week is either lying, not doing enough or on roids
Day in day out + 2 days rest depending on how your body feels is the sweet spot

You shouldn't be able to train more than 3-4 times a week as a natty. If you are, then you are not pushing yourself enough (not going to failure with negative reps).
Basically >>77230748

You also don't need any garbage supplements (like creatine and protein powders, "preworkouts").

Post dem lifts natty fella

You shouldn't train more than 4 days a week as a natty.

It's all about volume and fatigue. You can do 2 days of volume in 6 if...wait for it...you divide your volume by 3 per training...

I started with 3 days a week, kept like this for 3 months, then moved to 4 days a week, kept like this for 6 months, then finally moved to 5 days a week.

If I started with 5 days a week I'd have quit training altogether, but some of my friends did it like this.

I alternate upper and lower and do basically 2 exercises per workout, with maybe some accessories depending on time. A workout doesn’t take me more than 40 minutes warmup to finish. I go 6x a week. Pretty much all compounds

No one here has a job, that's how.
>>
i had the same problem before. don't worry. just drink your coffee and let it be.
three 40 min sessions per week of lifting is a lot, don't be fooled but don't quit the rythm. you're at max aura rn
>>
>>77230702
1. Sleep 8 - 9 hours
2. Eat real food
>>
>>77231221
you must lift for two years before posting here
>>
>>77230702
Split your 3-4 into 6 and you might burn out less
my workout only takes 35-45 minutes and that's 2-3 movements per muscle
