Wagiebrehs, how do you deal with burn out? Lost my tempo to injuries and unfortunately I became too important at my job. Sometimes I can force myself to keep the routine, but sometimes I clock out and can't move an inch..

go to the gym even if dead. sometimes you just get your first exercise in, still feel like shit, then go home. you still make progress on that exercise.80% of the time you will finish at least half your workout. but its legit ok to just hit your main lift and bounce.
>>77230802Some days I just go to the gym tired and with my first rep I can tell I'm not going to make it on that day. So those days I just go down to like 60% of my normal load. Then the next time I go, I put in an extra effort to make up for slacking and usually hit a new personal best in multiple lifts. It's okay to be tired and take light days. Don't fully skip days ever though, keep up the habit.
>>77230802Don't overdo it bro do what you can and shit I just do some push ups
>>77230802Workout on your days off and stick to movements that are easier on your joints. You dont have to go to failure on workouts. Im doing a 5x5 with one day being squats bench and row and the other a deadlift a ohp and chinups and that's it. Im making progress nicely and got mired by a fag>>77230987>>77231038No he needs recovery. Im assuming his job is pretty demanding.
