just lenghten your fascia bro.
bring the illiacs (front of pelvic) up and back, bring the lower sternum back, bring the upper sternum foward, lenghten your neck

the pelvis and the ribcage are extremely interconnected. if you have APT (anterior pelvic tilt) you also likely have a ribcage where the lower sternum points out much more than the upper sternum. you need to learn to orient both and the same time

APT related info is reliable and well founded but everything fascia is a scam

Unless you have spine problems, it can be partially fixed by just understanding what it is and consciously doing the opposite. Your pelvis is tilted forward. Consciously tilt it the opposite direction. While you're at it do core exercises because you probably have a weak core. Leg raises is the most important one for you. In your case they're better done lying down so you can focus on keeping your lower back completely flat against the ground while you do the exercise. That directly goes against the weakness contributing to your problem.
