>>77232637Unless you have spine problems, it can be partially fixed by just understanding what it is and consciously doing the opposite. Your pelvis is tilted forward. Consciously tilt it the opposite direction. While you're at it do core exercises because you probably have a weak core. Leg raises is the most important one for you. In your case they're better done lying down so you can focus on keeping your lower back completely flat against the ground while you do the exercise. That directly goes against the weakness contributing to your problem.
