Weed bro. As other anon said, sleeping and eating more is what you need to do. Weed allows me to sleep and eat at superhuman levels. Last night I literally slept for 12 hours and I can eat all day.

Trying PPL now and I feel drained. But I do like how it gives you the ability to give a muscle more volume.

Unironically smoking. Smoking after workouts helps muscle recovery. The nicotine and other compounds speed up regeneration, lower cortisol, and boost testosterone levels. Many serious bodybuilders smoke because it improves recovery and helps build muscle faster. Started smoking, my gains improved around 1,4x.
