i've been steadily losing weight and body fat (5'10 182 pounds started at 205 back in january) and for some reason i can only sleep 5 to 6 hours a day unless i go out on a bender (12-16 hour clubbing ket/weed/mdma)is this normal?

>>77233449We're similar, overbulked during the winter, quit weed, became alcoholic, quit alcohol and cigs, but i gained 20lbs peaked at ~200lbs now im at 190 and slowly moving down to 170 which is my summerweight mostly also at 5'10. Being at caloric deficit means your metabolism doesn't have to work as hard meaning you need less sleep. I dont party as hard but drink ~10beers/smoke weed and it makes me sleep ~12h i dont see anything wrong with that
