D still works. i'm still super healthy, fit and lean, E does not make you fat like people think, it just keeps body fat on your hips and legs instead of your belly and it actually has anabolic properties too. i did a couple years of LGD cycles and a T cycle in my mid 20s too and i was very hot but imo i look and feel better on e although i acknowledge most people will disagree with that as its more of a niche appeal. i think part of life is finding your niche and dominating it and people who like you "for who you are" will feel more authentic than pretending to have mass market appeal and feeling like life is a performance. plus it also has other health benefits like upregulating bdnf and telomerase which lengthens telomeres which is part of why women live longer, and improves immune system (i havent been sick since 2019, my last sarm cycle), and it also helps joints and bones, lots of benefits. you have to be a twink though, because the same vibrant glowing skin that looks good on twinks looks weird on regular men.
