When I jog/run, it never feels like it's my lungs, heart or muscles giving up, I kind of naturally stop as my sides and stomach cramp up painfully. Technically I COULD ignore it and move on full power, but I'm unsure if I should? I always feel like I'm on the brink of ripping open something, is that something I can ignore?
That's simply because running is unhealthy and unnatural
You know like the action movie trope where like the two guys are fighting and it's like AAAAAAAAAAHHHH AAAAHHH and like they're just standing there but it's cool? Things like Kamehameha waves or like the wand battles in harry potter or some shit? Anyway that's how running feels
>>77234992You can ignore these pains and continue to see how far you can take yourself, it's good to train raw willpower, but otherwise it's a lot of effort to do a marginally larger amount of exercise.
>>77234992That's normal anon, keep running until you bleed from your ass get the shits afterwards, so you can have a nicer colorectal cancer 10 years later.
>>77235379
>>77234992it's something that generally goes away the more you run, you could also try eating differently before your run or going at a slower pace. happened to me when i started running and i'd usually just walk for a bit then power through the rest of the run when it felt a bit better>>77235507coping fatty
>>77235639just walk retardthere is ZERO benefit to running
>>77235649it feels good and rewarding, there's your "benefit" you brainrotten lard elemental tranny retard
>>77235663>it feel good and rewardingso does smoking a cigarette but I'm not about to suck on some fags now am I mate?
>>77235676your lifespan won't be that long so you might as well, mate
The most normal form of "exercise-related transient abdominal pain"Is having fucked up breathing, where you don't bottom out breathing correctly, leading to cramping where the CO2 settles
>>77235307Kek>>77235379Fun fact I've been hospitalized with those symptoms before but the docs didn't know what was going on>>77235639Oki>>77235847I assumed I kept my breathing the same throughout the entire run
You have to acclimate your body to running if you haven't done it in years. I fucking hate running but it does get more tolerable if you do it a few times a week on a comfy running trail. I am probably 80 pounds heavier than most joggers so I know your struggle anon, just stick with it and the pain will lessen. But if you arent currently training for a marathon/sport/military than you should try biking, its less strain on the body and cools you down a bit when its hot out.>>77235379>>77235649Running until you are a skeli is retarded, however you cannot play a lot of sports if you dont do at least some jogging. If you think that just the act of running makes you look like a holocaust survivor than you obviously never stepped foot on a rugby pitch. Which is very sad because rugby is the ultimate and most masculine way to test your physique/will to its limit.
>>77235947>I assumed I kept my breathing the same throughout the entire runYou are, and its needed to go on long runs. Otherwise you are indirectly doing interval, and gearing up and down takes more effort than hitting the correct stride. The easiest way to check, is to buy a pack of 40cm balloons, and see if you can exhale all the way to the bottom of your lungs, and see if balloon filled in 2-3 breaths. There is a good chance you are not, which means its a diaphragm muscle issue.
>>77235686are you coming on to me homo?>>77235964Lifting+walking will give you all the baseline you need to participate in any sporting activity. Muscle is still muscleit's like the delusional dudes on twitter trying to claim a 120lbs UFC fighter can deck a 240lbs bodybuilder: no actually, they can't; weight is still weightNo amount of training, conditioning, or precision will change that
itt: coping fatties. If you can't run a 10k you are not fit.
>>77236063I ran a 20km mud obstacle course, but it didn't feel healthy past 2km. I can run long distances, hell I could probably do a marathon, but ignoring my abdominal pain doesn't feel healthy, I constantly feel like I'm on the brink of tearing my guts.
>>77236063If you use no true scotsman fallacies, you're not intelligent.
I can but I refuseyou can never make me go skeli-modethere was a study that showed the catabolic stress imposed on the body during a traditional marathon was akin aging an entire year every marathon you participate inif this sounds like a good time to you, then by all means, have at it retardI'll keep walking until I'm 100 years old
