>>77235770yeh I get that sometimes, typically from a hard running sesh, intervals or going for a pb etc.. and also if my legs are sore it keeps me awake or wakes me up through the night making me toss and turn. I typically prefer to exercise in the morning or early afternoon 15:00 abouts. If I do it too late it wakes me up and I cannot sleep. One thing that always completely fucks me and allows perfect restful deep sleep is swimming.
