Ive got autism and a pretty bad PTSD from what I went trhough as a kid, wich resulted in me eating to calm my anxiety, the only ways ive found to excercise are going for 10 km runs at nigh/very early in the morning so no one watches me, im really ashamed of the way i look and i want to change it but without having to risk my safety every time (as I live in a not very safe zone), any tips are welcome.
>>77235795get a treadmill or spinning bikealternatively get a trx set or pullup bar maybe some weights and start with working out at home if you feel comfortable after a while you can start working out at a gym or outside but you have start autismmaxxing the routine into ur brainthen use your power of autism to latch on the habit of working out. And use your trauma as fuel to keep going and pushing urself
>>77235795If that's what's currently working for you, it's certainly a good avenue. I'm really sorry to hear about your PTSD troubles and I hope in the future you can find some way to work it out. strong. Our would recommend getting a stationary bike and some weights and working out at your house. That way you have some way to alleviate stress and get in some healthy exercise if there's ever inclement weather.
>>77235807Thanks anon, i had been really exeptical about having weights in my home (because of how to transport them) but i think its worth it as long as i dont have to go out, god bless you.
If you have the money go to a gym that's a little more pricey, that will filter out most of the simians and just start going there to train. you're gonna have to start getting used to going out into public spaces if you want to actually improve your life. i see people who are fat as shit in my gym and all i think is good on them for doing something about it. look up lifting programs and choose one, learn how to do the exercises properly and go to the gym with a purpose and you might find it aint so bad. you got this fren!>>77235806this is also good advice
>>77235806hehe i guess the tism has it advantages, the stationary bike sounds good but im not so sure about going out, i think home workouts will do it for me
>>77235812ive tried but i had to go at 5am to make sure no one else was there and I just couldnt keep up with the schedule, maybe once homeworkouts help me get a normie pysique i will be confident enough to go to a gym outside
>>77235795>I've got autismNo I think you're just plain retarded.I train all the time and have never set foot in a gym
>>77235795Treadmill and some dumbbells, work out in the safety of your cave for a while. If you're trying to lose weight clean up and reduce your diet. I wish you well, bro, and hope you can heal from what happened when you were a kid.
>>77235795expose yourself to the world and you'll realize almost no one actually gives a fuck about you and even if they do you can just not give a fuck about them. i know it's easy for me to say because i'm not in your shoes but that's truly the way it is
>>77235795>Ive got autismUse it to your advantage. Once you've established a routine, you won't be able to skip workouts. Autism should also help you derive enjoyment from watching number go up (or down) on your exercises.
>>77235795I train at home with my kettlebell. Kettlebell go swing swingJust by doing this 100x a day for an entire month I got very good results.I also walk an hour a day outside in the Sun. Will probably stop doing this when I get a job though but it really helps.I generally don't like gyms anymore and don't recommend them. They're full of women exercising almost naked screaming for attention, which I find repulsive.I'd be more willing to respect women and even be friendly to them if they didn't put their stupid tits and ass in front of my face without my consent.Unless you need very specific gym equipment (power rack, bench press, barbells, microplates, etc.) you don't really need a gym subscription to exercise.
hi op, me also autistic and me also have cptsd + eating disorder growing up. long answer? get a therapist and go gym in short doses, short answer - get over it, you’re not special, your pain is unique but millions of people are just like you and no one is going to put you in a headlock for existing.
>>77235795Autists are so fucking narcissistic. Why are you so important everyone is judging you and cares about you?
>>77236017Probably because people get a dopamine hit from making downward social comparisons.
>>77235795>muh PSTDJUST LIFT YOU RETARD
>>77235795Go Keto+carnivore, helps with autism and will make you generally feel better. That will make everything else easier
>>77235840>>77236017You guys are completely wrong to say no one notices you or judges you. I’m so tired of hearing this bullshit. First impressions are everything in the world. People approach people to try to strike up conversations as friends or potential dating partners because they notice them and like what they see. If people don’t look approachable or attractive or normal, people absolutely judge them, they judge them be staying away from them. So yeah it makes perfect sense that a neurotic or autistic person would be extremely self conscious that people will see them performing poorly at something, or being ugly fat/skinny, and immediately judge them via first impression. You’re really gonna sit there with a straight face and say that men in the gym won’t notice a guy lifting a pathetic amount of weight and be laughing at him, even if not publicly? You think women won’t see a guy lifting pathetic weight and think how he’s a pathetic man and won’t want anything to do with him? And not even to mention just the feeling of being around all these attractive and fit men and women and noticing yourself how much you stick out and are a failure compared to them, so it doesn’t even have to be others judging you. So just cut out that >dude no one notices you or judges youBs
Set up an exercise machine in front of a screen/computer and watch you fav anime as you workout
>>77235795just stop being fat and get rid of your anime tshirts, shave off that neckbeard too. i mean im autistic myself but i take care of my appearence unlike you other autistic freaks, nobody really even knows im on the spectrum. i blend in with the normies. i smile and look in their little souless eyes, laugh at their shitty little jokes and nod my head sometimes. they dont even realise that i wouldnt even flinch if they got hit my a train right infront of my eyes
easy! do the same thing mark doeshttps://www.youtube.com/shorts/FyAC-gAj0uE
Watch this ain't on. I promise you'll feel better after you watch it. Literally nobody cares about what you are doing https://youtu.be/yi4Dz95LShM
>>77236227Anyone who laughs at a person trying to improve themselves is really sad and pathetic in the funniest way weak insecure men will only do this.
>>77236674said "insecure" people are the ones getting laid and winning in the rat race system of life. it's a mental state that results from constant competition atop,or near the middle of the pecking order. Absolutely know this;they notice the fat people, the ugly people, the awkward people. Everyone in their vicinity is observed and judged and placed in their rung of the social ladder. Any one not pleasurable enough to look at is casted down, bullied and humilliated. and they do it in 0.00014 milliseconds without a hint of remorse, they will absolutely ruin some random 5 foot fat dude's self esteem and go on with their day. Only a gaslighting hypocrite would deny this or anyone that's not been in highschool or college a.k.a retard.im doing pic rel as soon as i can.
