What's your next goal?

For me it's get under 200lbs. Around 210s now

I don't really have goals. If I had to say, maybe get it so that my chest looks like there's actually pectoral muscles there rather than just skin up against bone. I'm not really sure how to go about it though. I only ever feel presses and even flies in my arms and shoulders.

Also I'd like to go on a date with a Qt at some point. The last date I went on was over a year ago and it was arranged by someone else and with a girl who was overweight and a lot older than me. When I talk to actually attractive girls outside of work I can only get out a couple words if I manage to talk to them at all.

I’m 213lbs now, next goal is 200lbs. 3-4 months if I stick to my current rate, but could be slower since I’m also adding muscle.

For bench I want to reach 2pl8, I’m at 205 now. For running I want to do a marathon distance, that’s probably 2 weeks away if I go for it, or 6 weeks if I add two miles each two weeks.

Ive done this 85-105 kg rodeo a few times, if i dont stick the landing now I'm basically finished. I just need to take it fast but slow enough so that i dont nuke my hormones and thyroid again.

That's because your arms are compensating for your chest right now. Keep going. Maybe do lighter weights for higher reps long enough that you start feeling your chest
